Applause is a mobile feedback platform for hospitality and other brands to collect real-time authenticated private feedback on guest interactions with a brand’s frontline employees, or on key moments of service.
Using a 1-5 rating with additional reasons and comments, consumers can give private feedback at any Applause-enabled location. Guests can also save their recent feedback and view the average Applause ratings for the location they visited.
